QUALITY & PURITY

Highest Quality
Many producers of conventional alcohol use bactericides and antibiotics to control bacterial growth in their fermenters. The reason for this is that it is difficult to control these contaminants in large distilleries. In our own micro-distillery, however, our small scale batch-method of production of neutral spirits allows us to maintain superior levels of quality control, thus making it unnecessary to use bactericides, antibiotics or toxic cleaning solvents.

The lower the proof of alcohol the more impurities are likely to be present in the finished product. This means that a bottle of 80 or 100 proof Vodka from a liquor store has much higher levels of impurities--due to the lower proof—than a bottle from Alchemical Solutions. Moreover, since it is not organic, it may also contain traces of toxic chemicals and additives used in the production of conventional alcohol.
